Wildflower Series
This lively, colourful series was created in response to the vibrant surroundings I was privileged to enjoy during my Art Residency in June. The weather was glorious and the energy generated by all the Spring growth was palpable. Days were long, nights were clear and star filled. Studio time was peaceful, uninterrupted and stretched out over several weeks. I was neck deep in the wildflower meadow surrounding the house. Almost inevitably what emerged was floral and wild!
